Lifeguard Challenge is a TEST ONLY format - Lifeguard challenge option for previously certified lifeguards who are confident with their Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid knowledge and skills. During the lifeguard challenge there is NO REVIEW of skills. We recommend that you study the Lifeguard Manual before you challenge. Lifeguard Certificates Issued:
Upon successful Lifeguard challenge completion participants will
receive American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguard Training, First
Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer valid for 2 years.
