Ages | Children ages 8 - 15 years old American Red Cross Jr. Lifeguards is designed to teach participants basic pool safety, water rescue skills and how to act in an emergency. Lessons are grouped into five main areas: Prevention, Swimming Skills, Response, Leadership and Rescue.
